A New Perspective on Human Rights Situation in the Political Systems of the Middle East Region

  Abstract

This paper elucidates the best pragmatic strategies of improving human rights situation in the Middle East region and points to some concerns among governmental, nongovernmental and observers of human rights matters in this region. It also talks about violence, instability and radicalism in the scope of Middle Eastern politics which many groups of population have been affected by them. Physical damages or psychological problems are two parts of political troubles in the Middle East region. Human rights system in this region of the world has been developed slowly. Some significant concerns on human rights status in the Middle East region are: 1. Lack of dignity and justice in the society. 2. Small ruler elites. 3. Women discrimination. 4. Lack of independence for judiciary system. 5. Lack of strong will to enforce and persuade Israel to adopt a serious peaceful stance. Finally we have defined and analyzed some modern human rights reform methods which are essential to be observed by political systems in the Middle East region
