Therefore, the United Nations Organization (UNO) was established to keep the international peace and security. This organization was founded on the centrality of five big powers which had the privilege of having permanent membership and veto right. The defeated Japan from Asia and the defeated Germany from Europe didn’t partake in the most important principle of the organization, i.e. the Security Council. The participants at the Sanfrancisco conference formed the constitution of the UNO by putting their signature to the charter.
It indicated which countries can be the UNO members and what kind of qualifications they should have and what the qualification of the new members should be.
